1. What is UnManaged ?
UnManaged means that you as a client are on your own. You will have complete control over the Server and we will not assist you with any form of management. If you need assistance, please see our Fully Managed server range.
What is included in UnManaged ?
2. Operating System Installation
We will install the Operating System which you select while ordering the Server. CentOS is recommended and it is installed by default.
2. Control Panel Installation
We will install the Control Panel which you select while ordering the Server. If None is selected, Control Panel won't be installed.
3. OS Reinstalls
Basic format and reinstall of operating system is charged $25 one time. If you require us to make any changes to drive configuration at the time of reload, additional setup fee maybe levied according to amount of technician time required. This will be mentioned before job is started.
